Stepping outside our comfort zone

We feel comfortable within our comfort zone. It is a good pace to be, we aren’t stretching ourselves and it feels comfortable!  Moving on we must go through a period of uncertainty and there is fear and a lacking confidence that makes us want to go back to where we do feel safe and secure. But if we do want to make a change, this is a phase that we must go through. Can we do it, yes, we can! And if we are a bit slower, does it matter? Eventually we get into an area of growth, to begin we are in this conscious confidence place. In time we are in a new comfort zone.  Are we happy or do we want to move on? For the moment, enjoy where you are.  If you want to move on there is no need to rush – sit with the idea, the decision, and see where it takes you. If you need external support let’s talk.
