Filling the jar

Imagine you have a jar.
You want to fill this jar with some big rocks and some sand. How would you do it?
You could put the sand in first and then the rocks, but if you did it this way you would find that you can’t fit in all the rocks.
But if you put the rocks in first, and then pour the sand into the jar first, you can then pour the sand into the gaps and cracks.
Everything fits.
Do this with your life.
Focus on you big rocks first. Fit the small stuff in around them.
My fitness is important so I diary the time I will go to the gym and book client appointments around them. I make sure I put my dance classes in my diary so I ensure my clent appointments finish before I need to leave.
What about you? What are the rocks in your life?
