Life can be busy, with little time during the week to do things to energise us.


As we approach the weekend I’d like you to think of 3 things to do that will refresh and energise you.
It doesn’t have to be something active, it might be taking time to take photographs or read a book, spending time with friends or time to do a great workout or country walk.
What can you do that will mean that on Monday you can tell others that you had a great weekend.
