Where does the time go?

I was working with a client last week and he was wondering why he wasn’t making good progress despite devoting 30 hours a week to his business. We talked about his working week but it was only when he spent a week measuring his time that we both had the shock of finding that only 10 hours was effective business work, the rest was wasted time.
What an eye opener!
Making good use of time is good for all of us, whether you are a career coaching client of mine, seeking a new job, or you want to be more effective at work.

You’ll find this short video interesting, and you may like to let others know about this effective career coaching so why not email just two of your friends and suggest they watch it. I’m sure they will thank you!
